The Service uses third-party AI providers to process your requests and operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to generate content.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use the Service.
If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete all associated data without notice or refund.

Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.

WE DO NOT REVIEW, APPROVE, OR ENDORSE ANY CONTENT GENERATED THROUGH THE SERVICE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY, QUALITY, LEGALITY, OR APPROPRIATENESS OF ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT. ALL GENERATED CONTENT IS CREATED AT YOUR OWN RISK AND SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
