Not Satisfied? Request a Refund

If it's not for you and you've used less than 90% of your credits, email us at support@photostudiogen.com within 7 days of your first purchase. We'll process a 100% refund to your original payment method.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under the money-back guarantee, all of the following must be true:

  • It is your first purchase (subscription or credit pack)
  • You are within 7 days of your first payment date
  • You have used less than 90% of the credits included with your purchase

What's Not Covered

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You have used 90% or more of your included credits
  • Refund requests made after 7 days from your first purchase
  • Second or subsequent purchases (the guarantee applies to your first purchase only)
  • Subscription renewals beyond the first billing cycle
  • Accounts flagged for abuse or violation of our terms of service

Automatic Credit Refunds (Always Active)

  • AI model returns an error or times out
  • Content is blocked by safety filters (credits returned)
  • Service experiences technical issues during generation
