Due to the nature of our digital AI service and the immediate consumption of computing resources, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review this policy before making a purchase.
Why We Don't Offer Refunds
Instant Resource Consumption
When you generate an image, we immediately incur costs from our AI providers. These costs cannot be recovered or reversed.
Digital Product Nature
Credits are digital goods that provide immediate access to our AI services. Once purchased, they are delivered instantly to your account.
Free Trial Available
We provide 5 free credits to all new users so you can test our service before making any purchase decision.
We Do Not Refund
- Unused credits in your account
- Credits used for generations you're unsatisfied with
- Credits used for failed generations due to content policy violations
- Subscription payments after the billing cycle has started
- Credits remaining when you close your account
- Purchases made by mistake (please review before confirming)
Exceptions We May Consider
At our sole discretion, we may provide refunds or credits in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate charges due to technical payment errors
- Unauthorized transactions with proper documentation and dispute filing
- Extended service outages (over 24 hours) preventing credit usage
- Technical failures that consistently prevent image generation
Automatic Credit Refunds
We automatically refund credits to your account (not monetary refunds) when:
- A generation fails due to our system errors
- AI model returns an error or times out
- Content is blocked by safety filters (credits returned)
- Service experiences technical issues during generation
Before You Buy
To avoid any disappointment, we strongly recommend:
- ✓Use your 5 free credits to test the service first
- ✓Review credit costs for different AI models
- ✓Start with a smaller credit pack to evaluate quality
- ✓Read our terms of service and acceptable use policy
