Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone using PhotoStudioGen. By using our service you agree to comply with these policies. Violations may result in action against your account, up to and including permanent suspension.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use PhotoStudioGen. Certain features are restricted to users 18 years of age or older. By confirming your birth year you represent that the information is accurate — it cannot be changed after submission.

2. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You may not use PhotoStudioGen to create, upload, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content that sexualizes or exploits minors. We report suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
• Non-consensual intimate imagery. Undressing, nudifying, or otherwise altering a real person's likeness to depict them in an intimate or sexual context without their explicit, documented consent.
• Impersonation & deepfakes. Deceptively impersonating a real person, or creating content designed to mislead others into believing it depicts a real person in situations that did not occur.
• Harassment & abuse. Content intended to bully, stalk, threaten, defame, or harm any individual or group.
• Illegal activity. Content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activity, including fraud, terrorism, weapons of mass destruction, or substance trafficking.
• Intellectual property infringement. Content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

3. Responsible Use of Uploads

All images you upload must be of yourself, or you must have explicit documented consent from the person depicted. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any likeness uploaded to PhotoStudioGen. Uploading images of minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

4. Service Integrity

Do not attempt to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service.
• Circumvent safety systems, rate limits, content filters, or other protective measures.
• Use automated bots, scripts, or scrapers to access or interact with the service beyond its intended interfaces.
• Introduce malware, spam, or any form of disruptive content.

5. Transparency

When sharing AI-generated content publicly, we encourage you to disclose that it was created with AI assistance. Do not use our service to create content that is intentionally misleading about its AI-generated origin when doing so could cause harm.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take action on any violation of this policy, including but not limited to: warning the account holder, temporarily restricting access, permanently suspending the account, and reporting to law enforcement where required by law.

7. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or conduct that violates this policy, please report it to support@photostudiogen.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use of PhotoStudioGen after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
