4. Image and Video Data — AI Processing

Important: Your uploaded content and prompts are processed by third-party AI providers to deliver our service. You should understand the following:

• Images and text prompts are sent to xAI (via the Grok API) for image generation, image editing, video generation, and video editing
• Images sent for upscaling are processed by Replicate
• Uploaded files and generated outputs are hosted on UploadThing
• We do not use your images or prompts to train AI models. However, third-party providers (xAI, Replicate) have their own data handling and privacy policies, which may differ from ours
• Generated images and videos are stored in your account for your access
• You may delete your uploaded content and generated content at any time

• UploadThing: Uploaded and generated files are stored on UploadThing's infrastructure
• Stripe: Payment information is processed by Stripe
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights
• Law Enforcement: We will share account data, content, and usage information with law enforcement when we have reason to believe illegal activity has occurred (see Section 11)
